The Stone Park Association Board of Directors and/or the Association's authorized representative works closely with area vendors to ensure services are performed by qualified, licensed and insured vendors.
The Stone Park Association does not contract with members, member owned companies or any vendors which may result in an appearance of favoritism. |

General Assessment Fees support the maintenance of Common Areas for the enjoyment of the community.
General Assessment Fees are subject to change annually in accordance with the estimated, actual expenses and reserve for replacement allowances. (Declaration, Article 8. ASSESSMENTS)
