Rental does not include the covered patio, pool deck, pool or fitness center.  Rentals cannot overflow to these areas.  POOL PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED and will result in loss of amenity privileges.

Rental Instructions
Complete Clubhouse Rental Agreement.  Provide two payments; $125.00 rental fee and $200.00 refundable deposit. Online payments are subject to a non-refundable additional 3% charge.

CLUBHOUSE RULES

*The Clubhouse is for adult use only.
*Persons under the age of 21 are not permitted in the Clubhouse unless accompanied by an adult or invited by a Member hosting an event.
*The Clubhouse is only rented to Members in good standing.
*No event will be placed on the Clubhouse calendar until consummation of the Stone Park Clubhouse Rental Agreement and appropriate fees paid.
*Rental of the Clubhouse does not include the pool, pool deck, gym or covered patio area.
*Members are responsible for all damages.
*No decorations may be nailed or taped to the walls, furniture or fixtures.
*Furniture may be moved, but must be returned to original position at the completion of the event.
*Use of candles is prohibited.  Birthday candles are acceptable.
*The Member is responsible for cleaning the Clubhouse.
*All trash must be removed and placed in outside trash receptacles.
*The refrigerator must be cleaned and free of all items.
*Smoking is prohibited, and more.
