A notice to a Unit of a violation of the Community Wide Standards exists and the infraction must be remedied.

U.S. Mail, in person, email or delivery to physical address, etc.

Yes - $120.00
Is there a fine for subsequent notices - same offense?
Yes - $120.00 - all subsequent violations

Yes
When is non-payment of fines sent to collections?
All unpaid fines are sent to collections 60-days from issuance of fine.
Are there additional fees if sent to collections?
Yes - $275.00 plus filing fees,
attorney's fees and interest on judgments
What happens if sent to collections and
I do not pay?
A judgement will be rendered by the court and a lien will be placed on the property.
