The Architectural Review Committee (aka:  Architectural Review Board; ARB; ARC) has exclusive jurisdiction over modifications, additions or alterations made on or to the Units/Properties and open space.  

The Unit must make application to the Architectural Review Committee prior to obtaining a building permit for the residence and/or before any construction and/or site work begin.  

Construction must commence within three (3) months from the date of Final Approval or Final Approval is void.  If Final Approval is granted, subject to conditions, and these conditions are not met, then Final Approval shall be void.  A FINE OF $300.00 WILL BE ASSESSED FOR FAILURE TO OBTAIN APPROVAL FROM THE ARB.
