The Architectural Review Board - The ARB shall consist of one (1) or more persons and shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all construction on any portion of the Properties.  The Board shall appoint the members of the ARB, who shall thereafter serve and may be removed in the Board's discretion.  The ARB shall have sole and full authority to amend the Architectural Review Guidelines.

The Board of Directors - The Board of Directors is an elected position.  The Board is responsible for the affairs of the The Stone Park Association, Inc. aka:  the Association.  The Association owns, operates and maintains the Common Areas.  Additionally, the Board administers and enforces the provisions of the Declaration, the By-Laws and the Design Guidelines.

The Finance Committee - The Treasurer shall chair the Finance Committee.  The Finance Committee is responsible for the formulation of the annual operational budget for presentation to the Board of Directors for approval and adoption.

The Nominating Committee - The nominating committee serves to present a slate of officers for the annual election process for Board member replacement.

The Covenants Committee - The Board may appoint a Covenants Committee consisting of at least three (3) and no more than five (5) Members.  The Covenants Committee, if established, shall be the hearing tribunal of the Association and shall conduct all hearing held pursuant to Section 3.25 (Enforcement) of the By-Laws.

The Social Committee - The Social Committee is responsible for planning, announcing and hosting community events.
